We implemented YesPlan, an event management platform built for venues like theirs. After migrating existing data and syncing it with their HubSpot database, we built the automation that mattered most: one-click invoicing.

Now when an event wraps up, a single click pulls all project data—resources, costs, discounts, VAT rates—calculates everything, and pushes it directly to Fortnox with the correct formatting for their bookkeeping.
